Legal Counsel on demand
We have a broad team of generalist lawyers who act as your legal counsel on demand. They are the extension of your legal team. Whether they are required for spikes, bottlenecks or a temporary replacement, your single point of contact (SPOC) steps in whenever you need it. Based on playbooks and templates, they can directly interact with the company and work autonomously. We have been in your shoes. We know how companies think and feel, and what challenges in-house legal teams face.
Legal Department on demand
Some of our clients do not have an in-house legal team. In such cases, we go a step further and act as your legal department on demand. You will have your own single point of contact (SPOC) for all legal questions. The SPOC primarily works autonomously but can also work with the law firm of your choice for specific matters. Our team goes above and beyond standard legal support and also offers legal strategy advice.
Expert Labs dive deeper
We have observed that many of our clients want to outsource the same kind of work. GDPR compliance is one of those expert areas that legal teams are often looking to outsource. Other frequently cited areas include corporate housekeeping, contracting work and NDAs. To provide the best possible service to our clients, we set up expert labs for those types of work that are frequently outsourced. We refer to them as labs because there is room to experiment with legal tech solutions and to collaborate with non-legal professionals who bring specific experience (e.g., IT or project management) to these labs.
